How to copy text from Opera Mini

It is posibble with any browser, in this example I'm going to use Voda Brower, the copied text can be pasted in any document such as txt, doc, etc. even it can be downloaded in a text file.


First go to any page from you want to copy (download) text .

Copy the address

Open a new tab

Go to the next address. (You may save it as a bookmark)

 http://archivo.online-convert.com/es/convertir-a-zip

Paste the copied address in the textbox.

 Press button "Convertir archivo" (this page is in spanish)

Select a folder to download the file

Save

Download is done

Locate the downloaded file and decompress it wih WinZip, WinRar or similar

Open the file with your favorite browser like Firefox, it is an .html file

Select text and copy

Paste in a document

What is J2ME Emulator?

J2ME Emulator is runtime environment that can execute movil applications on PC talking about J2ME Java Applications (.JAR files). These applications were converted to .EXE and they contain all the libraries that you need to run them, you only have to install JAVA (jre7). There are a lot of converted applications in this site such as Opera Mini, UC Browser, and more.

This project started as "App Runner" few years ago and it was created to get free internet using a 3G modem.

Most applications include the HUI (Handler User Interface) with options such as BackQuery, FrontQuery, ProxyServer, etc.

How to get a free connection?

It works with WIFI perfectly but if you want to get a free internet using a 3G modem o celphone you need know these things:

CONNECTION
 
a) You need to establish a connection between your PC and the cellphone either bluetooth, wifi or USB.
b) You need to establish a connection between your PC and the 3G modem

APN

It is the configuration of your internet provider. It has a host, username and password. See more -> Access Point Network

HANDLER MENU

It needs a special values acording your country. Those are the parmeters:

Front Query:
Middle Query:
Back Query:
Remove String from URL:
Filter:
Add Port to non-Port URL.
Remove Port:
Proxy Type:
Proxy Server:
User:

Why don't the applications run?

If the applications don't run, it can be beacuse your system doesn't has JAVA installed.
These applications need jre7-32bits. If you have windows-64bits, install it anyway.

How to play videos?

If you have a problem when trying to play videos from YouTube and similar pages
and you see the error "VLC not found".  You need VLC player (portable version)

 First you need to create a folder called "portables"

 Put VLCPortable.rar in the folder and extract here

Change the folder name to VLC

Delete VLCPortable.rar

¿How to solve the image problems in Opera Mini for PC?

SOLUTION 1:

Go to settings

Set this values:

Settings->General->Image quality->High
Settings->General->Fullscreen (On)
Settings->Advanced->Protocol->HTTP


SOLUTION 2:

Go to advanced settings (CTRL+O), in screen tab select "Centered window" and try with different values

How to use the old version of Settings.exe?

If you cannot access to the options, pressing the keys  (CTRL+O), The alternative solution is to use the old version of Settings.exe

REQUIREMENTS:

HOW TO INTEGRATE THIS UTILITY:

Copy the ZIP file in the same folder of application

Unzip the file in the same folder

Delete ZIP file

Execute Settings.exe

Why doesn't it show the options pressing keys CTRL+O?

If it doesn't show the options with the keys (CTRL+O) you need to update to last version of JAVA. If you have 64bits system you should to install JAVA of 32bits anyway.

The advanced options of the applications, System, Network and Screen are shown/hidden pressing the keys: 

CTRT + O

It has the same effect if the key O is lowercase or uppercase

If the options are hidden and you press (CTRL+O), the window options will show
If the options are shown and you press (CTRL+O), the window options will hide

System

• Custom FileSystem folder : If you want to use a custom folder for downloads you should activate this option.
• Path: If you are using the custom folder, you should set the full path here.
• Open folder: It opens the file explorer in the selected folder.
• Clear cache: It deletes the history, cookies and all values saved by the application, except this window.

Network

• No Proxy: Surf without any proxy.
• Manual proxy configuration: Surf using a HTTP proxy without attenticacion.
• HTTP Proxy: Host,  it can be numbers o letters.
• Port: Port number

Screen

• Maximized window: It opens the application with the maximum size.
• Full screen: It opens the application in fullscreen mode like a video game.
• Resolution: Resolution value for the fullscreen mode according your video card.
• Centered window: It opens the application in a centered window.
• Width: Width value for the centered window.
• Height: Height value for the centered window.

About

• About the application: Name, version, handler, language
• About the runtime environment: J2ME Emulator version
• Signature and contact: Developer, web sites and email.

For save the configurations press the Save button.
